Wedding Cake Order Information

• We pride ourselves on being able to offer such a wide variety of cakes from simple, elegant and modestly priced to the most extravagant and luxurious for those with a larger budget. You may view many of our designs on our website, but to see our entire collection you would need to stop into one of our two stores. Each of our two locations carries a book of cake designs for you to browse through, or if you have a design in mind that we don't carry, you could bring in a picture and we would be more than happy to let you know the details of creating your custom cake.  As for rental fees and delivery that is very dependant on the cake and the location respectively.

• Also, it is never too early to order a wedding cake! Our policy is that we ask you to order a bare minimum of a month in advance for buttercream cakes and two to three months for rolled fondant cakes or cakes with sugar paste decorations.  We don't have a maximum number of cakes we will take on a delivery day, so there is no pressure to reserve for the wedding day.

• You don't need an appointment to come in and speak to one of our associates, but to better serve you: if you live close to our Troy location they do take consultation times to make sure you get more immediate attention, in case there is more than one couple looking for a wedding cake.  When you visit us you might want to bring a few pieces of information in case you decide to order: the name and address of the reception hall, its phone number and the earliest delivery time possible on your wedding day.

• You may order as many different batter flavors for a wedding cake as there are tiers.  I would suggest, though, having at least one layer or an extra cake made with white batter, since some people can be allergic to chocolate or nuts.  As for the available batters we have: chocolate, yellow, white, banana, cherry, banana nut, cherry nut, marble, and chocobana (chocolate banana swirl).

• If you would like to sample our cakes, please call either one of our locations about a day or two ahead of time and they will be able to order samples for you to pick up when it's convenient for you. They are 4" round cakes, with a scoop of buttercream frosting in-between their two layers.

Troy (248-689-5080).  Open Tuesday through Sunday.  Tuesday through Saturday 5:30AM to 6PM, and Sunday from 7AM to 3PM, Mondays they are closed.

Warren (586-268-0320) Open Tuesday through Sunday.  Tuesday through Saturday 4:00AM to 6:00PM, and Sunday from 5AM to 3PM, Mondays they are closed.
